RQ: SPC Character Connection 1 Redrawn

Ok, I let the people in one of my Skype groups (and I did say ONE) to choose what outfit they would like to be redrawn from my gallery.

This is a RQ for =WiccaChick

She wanted my SPC Character Connection 1 to be redrawn. The changes I did was to make the skirt shorter, and added "curls" to it...if you want to call the exess hair curls.
